Processing & Production Time

Every piece we make is built specifically for you — no inventory, no stock shelf. That means your order goes into production the moment it's confirmed.

Standard production time is approximately 2 weeks before your item is ready to ship. This applies to all custom signs, plaques, wall art, and framing. Rush orders are available (see Shipping Methods below) and are prioritized accordingly.

We'll keep you informed throughout the process. If anything comes up that affects your timeline, we'll reach out right away.

USPS Priority Mail — Faster Option

Need it a little sooner? Priority Mail moves faster without the rush-order premium.

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment

Typical cost: $18–$45 depending on package weight and destination

Starting rate: $11.00

Priority Mail is a great choice if your item finishes production early and you'd like it to arrive before a gift-giving occasion. Just mention it when placing your order and we'll quote you the exact rate.

USPS Priority Mail Express — Rush Orders

For rush orders, we ship via Priority Mail Express — the fastest USPS option available.

Estimated delivery: Overnight to 2 business days after shipment

Starting rate: $35.65 (rates vary by weight and destination)

Rush order pricing: Rush orders are accepted at 1.5x the standard order price

If you need your piece on a tight deadline, reach out before ordering so we can confirm it's feasible. We'll let you know the timeline and send your invoice once it's confirmed.

To set clear expectations, here's what total wait time typically looks like from order to doorstep:

Standard order, Ground Advantage

Production: 2 weeks

Shipping: 2–5 business days

Total Estimated: 16–19 business days

Standard order, Priority Mail

Production: 2 weeks

Shipping: 1–3 business days

Total Estimated: 15–17 business days

Rush order, Priority Mail Express

Production: Expedited

Shipping: 1–2 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery depends on your location and USPS transit times in your area. We ship from Killeen, TX.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a USPS tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

We recommend adding your email at checkout and keeping an eye out for your shipping confirmation. If you haven't received tracking information within the expected production window, feel free to reach out — we're happy to give you an update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take packaging seriously. Every order is carefully packed to protect it during transit. That said, sometimes things happen that are out of our hands.

If your package arrives damaged:Contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. We will repair or replace your item — no questions asked. You should never receive something that isn't up to standard.

If your package is lost in transit:If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or shows delivered but nothing arrived, reach out to us. We'll work with you to resolve it and make sure you get what you ordered.

Our goal is simple: you get the piece you paid for, in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item we create is made specifically for you — custom-sized, custom-designed, and built to your exact specifications — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

This is standard practice in the custom woodworking industry. Once we begin production on your piece, materials are cut, engraved, and finished to your order. There's no way to resell or repurpose a custom piece for someone else.

That said, we stand fully behind our work. If your item arrives with a defect, a quality issue, or something doesn't match what was agreed upon, we will fix it or replace it at no cost to you. Period.

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, tell us — we'll make it right.
